Southbound Part 2: Manila (San Juan Bridge to Osmena Highway)
TO SOUTHBOUND PART 1 - QUEZON CITY
Going southbound, the San Juan River section offers about a 5 kilometer gap between the E. Rodriguez and Tomas Claudio exits - even though both actually lead to the same Manila neighborhood of Santa Mesa. This roundabout bend interesting side effect of having the Skyway rerouted away from PUP, but not really too critical for long-distance travelers. (It does however discourage some local usage of the road, as southbound it is very indirect to loop to NLEX Connector to reach San Juan)

San Juan Bridge
This signage is specifically in the instance that PAREX gets built fully. Because Skyway itself only has (so far) one southbound Makati exit, at Buendia, if PAREX is built, it would actually provide access to other Makati districts (Circuit Makati, Rockwell) more easily than going all the way to Buendia, so this gantry reflects that.

Punta, Santa Ana
Although San Miguel Corporation's NMIA expressway plan maps show PAREX East splitting here, this sign idea works on the idea that PAREX East will connect to the Tomas Claudio interchange instead. No control cities listed for NLEX Connector because other than parts of Santa Mesa, it isn't expected that most travelers going south on Skyway Stage 3 would suddenly be heading north on NLEX Connector to go towards Caloocan and Valenzuela.
Exit 23B, PAREX East (to Circuit Makati, Rockwell, Ortigas via EDSA, BGC, Pasig)
23.19 kilometers/14.41 miles north of Susana Heights - 12.58 kilometers/7.82 miles south of Libis Baesa
Exit 23A, Tomas Claudio/NLEX Connector (to Sampaloc, Caloocan, Valenzuela)
22.89 kilometers/14.22 miles north of Susana Heights - 12.88 kilometers/8 miles south of Libis Baesa
Not quite sure yet how the eventual setup for the PAREX/NLEX Connector linkages are, this is primarily based on the under-construction diagram from OpenStreetMap.
UPDATE, 4/27/21: After a Skyscrapercity user suggested a diagrammatic sign for Nagtahan, I decided to incorporate it into the Tomas Claudio complex.

First mention of Buendia exit on an overhead. Added Malate as a destination for the Plaza Dilao ramp.
UPDATE 4/27/21: Per an idea from Skyscrapercity user Bruno14, I decided to do one sign for Plaza Dilao/Nagtahan (as both ramps come off the same fork). Edit of a screenshot from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hePSXgj1izw
Exit 22B, Nagtahan/PAREX West (to Sampaloc, Otis Street, Binondo, Intramuros)
22.06 kilometers/13.55 miles north of Susana Heights - 13.71 kilometers/8.68 miles south of Libis Baesa
Exit 22A, Plaza Dilao (to Malate, Ermita, Luneta Park, San Andres Bukid)
21.9 kilometers/13.61 miles north of Susana Heights - 13.87 kilometers/8.62 miles south of Libis Baesa
The southbound Nagtahan exit also serves as where PAREX leaves the Skyway alignment to continue north, then west to Anda Circle. DPWH's page mentions a possible future connection to United Nations Avenue in this area too.
(Screenshot from - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLgcdJIupbI - note that even though Nagtahan and Plaza Dilao ramps seem to come from the same split point, they still appear to be distinct exits as opposed to one offramp that splits into two. This may change depending on how SMC decides to paint the gore point lines.)
UPDATE 4/27/21: Nagtahan exit now open. Based on several SSC posts, decided to create a sign to make it more clear where Plaza Dilao and Nagtahan ramps split off:
(Edit of screenshot from video at https://youtu.be/b20prSCyibs)
Second concept, this time using CalTrans style arrow-per-lane:
Plaza Dilao essentially is the companion ramp to the northbound Quirino Avenue ramp, except that it also provides better access to Ermita than the Quirino ramp does. In theory, one could just have both exits have the same number, but the Plaza Dilao ramp begins immediately after the Nagtahan ramp, enough of a difference to affect distance calculations.
The Plaza Dilao ramp also has a provision for a future connection to United Nations Avenue (most likely with a ramp landing on Quirino Extension):

21 kilometers/13.05 miles north of Susana Heights - 14.77 kilometers/9.18 miles south of Libis Baesa
Osmena/Quirino bend
Next three exits sign - Buendia Avenue, NAIAX, and SEMME. (If PAREX never gets built, then SEMME immediately become the only true all-expressway link to BGC from the Skyway)
